Shipping & Delivery
Shipment Method and estimated delivery time - Shipping is calculated using UPS rates. However, we often ship US Priority Mail or First Class Mail for residential or for packages going to Hawaii or Alaska. For heavier packages we use UPS Ground. Delivery time is approximately 3-5 days.
Return and Cancellation policy - orders may be cancelled until they are shipped out. After that we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product that cannot be made right. If an item is found to be defective it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. In the event that we do accept a return we normally apply a 10% restock fee.
